If there are movements you want to avoid, you can let us know at any time.

STEP 2: Gentle maternity-focused session

We guide you through:

  • Relaxing and steady breathing
  • Soft movements to ease areas that tend to become tight
  • Light posture work to help you feel more aligned

All at a pace that feels comfortable for your body.

STEP 3: After-session advice

We share simple posture tips and gentle movements you can safely try at home, supporting you both inside and outside the studio.

→ Please let us know. You can reschedule your session.

Q. Can I join if my belly feels tight that day?
→ If you feel strong tightness or concern, we recommend resting first. Please prioritize your health.

Q. I’m not good at exercise—can I still join?
→ Absolutely. Most of our maternity clients are beginners. We move very gently and safely.

Q. Can my partner join the session?
→ Yes. We offer a couple’s maternity yoga course. Many international couples attend together.

Q. When can I start?
→ Many begin after the second trimester.
At éclat STUDIO, sessions are available from 19 weeks.

    (Your instructor can help you choose the best plan after the trial.)

Online Maternity Yoga (Available Nationwide)

If you prefer practicing at home or live outside Tokyo, we also offer online sessions you can join from anywhere.
